Do you ship globally?

Yes we ship most of our items all over the globe. We use secure international shipping services, so anything happens you're fully covered.

 

How long will it take for my item to get delivered?

We ship all orders out within 5-7 business days. If an item is in demand or if our supplier provide us with very small quantity every month, processing can be little longer.
If you live in US you should get your item within 2-3 weeks after we ship out. International orders can take a bit longer, depends on where you are located.

 

How can I track my order?

We send tracking orders after we ship out to your email. Please allow 7-10 days for tracking order to become active. 

 

Why I haven't received tracking number?

Probably our email with tracking number went to your spam folder. Please first check if it's there, otherwise contact our support team with your order number. (#4 digits)

 

I see multiple charges on my card, how do I get one removed?

In the rare event that a card receives a double charge for an item please contact support and they will issue a refund for it immediately. Support is best reached at support@vintgear.com

 

We accidentally ordered the wrong size/color/model, how can we change it?

We process all orders with 48 hours. After 48h we are not able to change the order anymore. Please contact us before 48h and we will change your order very quickly. 

 

My tracking number stopped or is not working anymore?

Sometimes tracking number changes due to post service delivery changes and we can't do anything about it. If we get new tracking number we'll send it to you as soon as possible. Sometimes is just best to wait, as all shipments will be delivered 100%.

 

It's been 2 months and I haven't received my order?

If you haven't received your order in 60 days after the purchase, contact us and will send you replacement or full refund.

 

The product I received was broken/damages, how can I get a new one?

Unfortunately, from time to time, shippings do get some issues in transit. Please send us a photo and description what happened and we will replace it right away. Send details to our email support@vintgear.com and we'll send you replacement.
